PRODUCT
DESCRIPTION:

UEPRC  Wet & Dry Roof Flashing Cement meets ASTM-D-4586-93
Type I specifications and is 100% ASBESTOS-FREE. This material is an asphalt cutback with fibers to formulate a premium product.

BASIC USES:

UEPRC  Wet & Dry Roof Flashing Cement is used to make
repairs and patch areas under wet or dry conditions. This material
is excellent for emergency repairs and new roofing applications.

LIMITATIONS:

DO NOT HEAT container.

APPLICATION:

UEPRC Wet & Dry Roof Flashing Cement must be applied to a
surface free of all foreign matter. This material can be applied by
trowel and should yield coverage at a rate of 25-45 square feet per
gallon.

STORAGE:

UEPRC Wet & Dry Roof Flashing Cement can be applied year
round and the only protection would be from weathering on the
container.
