Description:
Ultimate Multi-purpose Epoxy Resin & activator is a two part 100% epoxy solids system for sealing of concrete floors, potting and encapsulation, coatings, and for use as a bonding agent between new and old concrete. When used as a bonding agent, this product will cover 200 sq.ft./gallon. This product should not be thinned. For use as a sealer, apply with short nap roller. For re-surfacing apply with 1/8” notched edge trowel. Features: Low viscosity and good color retention Excellent flexibility Cures in the presence of moisture Balance of chemical resistance and mechanical abrasion properties Excellent adhesion qualities to concrete 6 mil glue line or seal coat dft when used as directed Technical Data & Specifications: Flexibility – 1” Bend Shore D Hardness - 84 ASTM Cleavage - 1100 PSI Tensile Strength - 3000 PSI Sheer Strength - 1500 PSI Compressive Strength - 7000 PSI
Recommended Storage: Resin (Part A) – Recommend warm storage. May crystallize at colder temperatures. Resin which has crystallized can be warmed until all crystals have dissolved and will have no detrimental effect on performance. Activator (Part B) – Store in a dry location, preferably at a temperature under 80°F Dry Time: Pot Life 20 minutes at 70°F Open to traffic 8 -10 hours Full Cure 7 days
